Years 2 and 3 visit to Cromer

Years 2 and 3 have been learning about seaside holidays in the past.  We went to Cromer and compared photographs from the 1900s and 1950s to how Cromer looks now.  The children made observations of similarities and differences.

We finished off the afternoon with afternoon tea at the Cliftonville Hotel.  This Hotel was built in Edwardian times, 1897.  People came from London to saunter along the promenade to take in the fresh air and then have afternoon tea.  This is exactly what we did!
